OUR JUNIOR TEAMS
OUR WOMENS TEAM
Bottesford Town FC will be forming a women’s team for the 24/25 season.
The club are looking for an enthusiastic individual or individuals who can commit to coach and manage the squad as they prepare for the new season and become part of the Lincolnshire Women & Girls’ County Football League in September 2024.
The club have already started to provide a space for ‘Just Play’ style sessions to encourage those ages 16+ to just turn up for a game on a weekly basis. These sessions will eventually become coached training sessions as part of season preparations.
MANAGER WANTED
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety of the players and attend to first aid if required
- Manage team selections for matches
- Independently manage the team on match days
- Complete match reports on the FA website and report any incidents
- Administer the Ladies team finances and liaison with the Club Treasurer
- Liaison with the opposition and match day officials in advance of match days
- Follow the Managers Code of Conduct
- Attend Bottesford Town FC committee meetings as the Ladies Team representative
COACH WANTED
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver training sessions based on feedback from matches, tactical analysis and game plans for matches
- Develop and improve players through effective coaching
- Ensure the safety of the players and attend to first aid if required
- Assist the Manager with team selections for matches
- Support the manager on match days (optional)
- Follow the Coaches Code of Conduct
